Will Work For Change is the brainchild of Eric Hirshberg, (former CEO of Activision and former CEO/Chief Creative Officer of DeutschLA). We are a volunteer network bringing together some of the worlds most experienced and awarded creative and production executives with the organizations that need them most. Non-profit and mission-based companies often lack the resources and infrastructure to develop world-class creative communications. And world-class creatives often struggle to convince the agencies and holding companies they're a part of to do pro-bono work for the causes they care about. The answer is to cut through the bureaucracy and give creative talent and the ability to work directly with the organizations championing the causes they care about most. By focusing on all-volunteer armies, shared values and mission alignment are all that's required.
